Loup Basin offers all recommended adult immunizations, including those recommended for travel.
Appointments are not required, we request that you call ahead, to ensure a nurse is available to administer vaccines.
Bring your immunization record with you to every appointment. If you can't find your record contact your doctor's office.

Vaccines for Adults Program
At LBPHD, we are committed to promoting the health and well-being of our community, especially when it comes to preventing serious diseases through vaccination. We understand that healthcare costs can be a barrier for many individuals, which is why we offer the Vaccines for Adults Program to help those who are underinsured or uninsured.
While we strive to make these life-saving vaccinations as accessible as possible, we kindly request a $15 donation per vaccine to help cover the cost of administering the vaccines. This small contribution helps us continue to offer this important service to those in need and ensures that we can keep providing affordable healthcare to everyone in our community. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay, and we encourage all eligible individuals to take advantage of this program regardless of financial circumstances.
Getting vaccinated through the Vaccines for Adults Program is simple. You can contact our office to schedule an appointment or learn more about which vaccines are recommended for you based on your age, health conditions, and lifestyle. Our staff is ready to assist with any questions you may have about eligibility, vaccine availability, and costs.
