Child Immunizations

Child Immunizations

Loup Basin now offers the full spectrum of childhood immunizations for private insurance as well as those children insured through Medicaid, or the uninsured/underinsured through our VFC program. Click here to learn more about the federal VFC program. 

 

Arrive at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 308-346-5795.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under the age of 19. If a parent/legal guardian is not able to come, they must give verbal consent by contacting our office.

If you are unsure of what vaccinations your child is due for, please bring a copy of your child's immunization record. If you are unable to find one, contact your doctor's office. 

The recommended administration fee for uninsured child for immunizations is $15.00 per vaccine.  

**No child will be denied vaccines due to inability to pay**
